Shipping

SomaPsychos currently ships within India only. We don't process international orders at this time.

Ready-to-wear orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Pre-order or custom drops follow the timeline on the product page (typically 10–14 days for production).

We use premium courier services (BlueDart, DHL SmartTrucking and similar). You'll get a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

Couriers make three delivery attempts. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or unavailability, the package returns to our Gurugram atelier and re-shipping carries a ₹250 fee.

If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged, don't accept the package. Ask the courier to mark it "Refused due to damage" and contact us immediately.
