Returns & exchanges

We make limited-edition, artisanal garments. To protect exclusivity and hygiene, we don't offer cash refunds — all sales are final. Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only, under the conditions below.

Every garment ships with a security tag attached. Don't remove it until you're sure you're keeping the piece. If the tag is removed, broken or tampered with, the item becomes non-returnable. No exceptions.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with the security tag intact.

On arrival at our atelier the piece goes through a quality check. Once approved, the value is issued as store credit or the exchange is dispatched.
